物流供应链管理是什么?

供应链管理是指供应链运作的优化。以最小的成本，将供应链从采购到会见最终客户的所有流程纳入MBA、EMBA等管理教育。
供应链管理就是协调企业的内外部资源，共同满足消费者的需求。当我们把供应链各个环节的企业看成一个虚拟企业联盟，把这个虚拟企业联盟中的任何一个企业看成一个部门，那么联盟的内部管理就是供应链管理。然而，联盟的组成是动态的，根据市场的需要随时变化。
有效的供应链管理可以帮助实现四个目标:缩短现金周转时间；降低企业面临的风险；实现利润增长；提供可预测的收入。
供应链管理七大原则:根据客户要求的服务特点划分客户群；根据客户需求和企业盈利能力设计企业的物流网络；倾听市场需求信息，设计更贴近客户的产品；时间延迟；战略性地确定货源和采购，与供应商建立双赢的合作策略；建立整个供应链领域的信息系统；建立整个供应链的绩效考核标准。

在中国最专业的认证是：注册供应链管理师（高级）资格证书
国外是美国生产与库存管理协会(APICS)的APICS资格证书。
如果你在外尤其是美国公司从事这方面的工作是非常有用的。毕竟APICS证书是一个国际性的证书。如果在国内的公司当然还是注册供应链管理师得证书有用。就像在中国你有国际注册会计师证书没有中国的注册会计师有用差不多。
欧普特只是提供这方面培训的一个企业管理顾问机构。本身是没有认证权利的。
